We advise our clients in contractor and sub-contractor agreements and matters related to major constructions and turn-key projects abroad as well as in smaller scaled transactions such as deliveries of constructions parts and materials to resellers and individuals, predominately in Germany , the Benelux and Western European countries.

Export of dwelling and log houses and construction services

Our firm is specialized on the export of Finnish pre-fabricated dwelling and log houses. Vice versa we represent quite a few importers, agents and resellers in this area of business. We pride ourselves for our over 10 years of experience in representing the top of the Finnish industry in this sector and for our profound understanding of matters relevant to the export of construction services and products to the German speaking countries, including but not limited to questions of liability, insurance and litigation in different jurisdictions.

Projects

A contract of 200 pages might not be of any help when it comes to such trivial questions as access to the construction site in order to unload deliveries in time unless one has foreseen the relevance of practical details and possibly occurring obstacles in the fulfillment of the contractual tasks. We have advised and accompanied main contractors and subcontractors in international projects and are aware of the importance of practical details when it comes to negotiating, drafting and carrying out of project contracts in German, Finnish and English language.
