van Setten Kuusniemi & Partner Attorneys Ltd. (VSK) is a full service international law firm and member of both the Finnish and the German Bar. We are recognized for our German-Finnish practice and we have profound knowledge in national and international commercial and company law, in Finnish employment and labor law and experience-based dispute resolution skills and a long litigation and arbitration practice. We are flexible and willing to take on challenges.

Our client base includes predominately small and middle-sized enterprises but also larger Finnish and foreign companies and listed corporations, financial institutions, certain private persons and public authorities. About half of our clients are from abroad, most of them from the German-speaking countries. We provide sound legal advice in the various fields of Finnish and international business and employment law and the full range of one-stop-services foreign clientele requires when establishing and running a subsidiary or branch office in Finland or conducting businesses with a Finnish partner.
